Crypto asset broker Voyager Digital (Canada) Ltd. has announced the launch of the Voyager Interest Program (VIP) under which, from November 1, users will earn a 3% interest on Bitcoin held on its platform.
To earn interest, users will have to have to maintain a minimum monthly average balance of .01 BTC. The interest earned will also be paid in bitcoin.
It means that users’ crypto assets will continue to grow even in times of lean activity. Thus, customers would earn from Bitcoin investment as well as Bitcoin holding.
Stephen Ehrlich, CEO, and Co-founder of Voyager Digital, said,
After acquiring blockchain service provider ETHOS earlier this month, Voyager had announced that it would rebrand all Ethos (ETHOS) tokens to its Voyager (VGX) tokens. To attract users, it announced a 5% interest on ETHOS tokens held on its platform.
The minimum monthly average required to earn interest is 2000 ETHOS.
Voyager plans to attract additional users to ETHOS token so that when it is rebranded to Voyager tokens, it will get the entire user base of not just original ETHOS token holders but also those attracted by the interest scheme. Voyager Digital (Canada) offers investors turnkey solutions for trading in a large number of digital assets. It has been founded by Wall Street and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs who have combined their expertise in financial and technological worlds to provide a better crypto trading experience.
